The head of European diplomacy called on allies to support Ukraine until Putin decides to stop the war.

The Russian war against Ukraine will last at least until the US presidential elections, which will take place in November of this year.

This point of view was voiced by the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell, during his speech at the World Economic Forum in Riyadh, reports breakingthenews.net.

In his opinion, Russian ruler Vladimir Putin may postpone any decision, at least until after the American elections. The head of European diplomacy focused on the need to continue supporting Ukraine.

He called on the allies to provide assistance to Kyiv until Ukraine, through its resistance, forces Putin to decide to end the war.  “But this will not happen soon, unfortunately ,” the official added.
